TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Dining plans, rates and features are effective from May 4 through December 18, 2008, and are subject to change without notice.
The Casual Dining Plan (CDP) and Gourmet Dining Plan (GDP) are available to guests staying in the Beach Tower, Coral Towers and Royal Towers at Atlantis as well as Harborside Resort at Atlantis.
The Cove/Reef Gourmet Dining Plan (CGP) is available exclusively for guests staying at The Cove Atlantis and The Reef Atlantis.
Due to high demand, the CGP, GDP and CDP plans should be booked a minimum of 3 days prior to arrival.
The 15% mandatory gratuity is not included in the price of either dining plan and will be automatically charged based on the actual dining check for each meal, not the cost of the plan.
Children 6 years old and under eat free when dining with parents who are participating in a dining plan. They must select from the children’s menu in those restaurants that offer them.
Children 7-11 years are required to purchase a child’s dining plan. They must select from the children’s menu in restaurants that offer them. Should children 7-11 choose to order from the full menu, they will be charged at full retail prices.
Special children’s menus will be provided in Café at The Great Hall of Waters, Atlas Bar & Grill, Murray’s Delicatessen, Bahamian Club, Casa d’Angelo, Chop Stix and Bimini Road.
Children ages 6 and older are welcome at Mesa Grill and Casa d’Angelo.
Guests who choose to dine at Carmines while on the CGP or GDP will only be seated with other persons dining on a CDP or GDP plan.
Dining plans are available for a minimum of two nights and must be purchased for the entire length of stay. Plans begin with dinner on the day of a guest’s arrival and end with breakfast on their day of departure.
The value of unused meals will be non-refundable and may not be redeemed at non-participating restaurants.
Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and juice are not included for dinner; juice is included for breakfast only.
All persons sharing a room (adults and children) must purchase the same dining plans. Guests 12 years and over are considered adults and are required to purchase the same dining plan as their parents therefore adult dining prices apply.
Dinner reservations are required for Mesa Grill, Café at the Great Hall of Waters, Bahamian Club, Casa d’Angelo and Chop Stix; reservations are required at Carmines only if a party includes 6 or more persons. To avoid the $50.00 per person “no show” fee, reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to actual dining time.
Please note that high chairs and booster seats are not available at Mesa Grill or Casa D’Angelo.
Restaurant hours of operation, openings, restaurants names, as well as participating restaurants in the dining plans, are subject to change without notice. Surcharges may apply to some menu items.
Dining plans are not applicable to groups.
Dining plan changes, revisions and cancellations need to be confirmed separately.
Dining attire guidelines exist for all restaurants.

The prices have already gone up since this post. The gourmet dining plan is $89 per person and the regular one is $69 pp. We opted against the dining plan, after learning that several of the restaurants would be closed during our stay. It turned out to be the be decision because we had more flexibility to eat at restaurants that weren't included, such as Nobu (highly recommend it!) and Dune at the Ocean Club.
